Administrative Asst. / Social Media Compliance

If you are a social media user and / or are comfortable using these platforms (perhaps from a previous job), then this could be the temporary job you are looking for. This is about a 2+ month assignment using your customer service skills to contact social media users representing our compliance department for this company. Your communication will be through email and/or phones, perhaps particular social media platforms. This position is in a Corporate Legal Department working with the Compliance Group. You do not need a legal background to do this job, but you will need to learn new software.   Hourly: $19-$20/hour


Qualifications Include:


  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 or 4 year degree a plus
  • 1-3 years of office-environment work experience
  • Average skills using MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday

Sr. HRIS Analyst

 As a Sr. HRIS Analyst you will take the lead to design, develop, standardize and analyze our HRIS databases. There are many ongoing projects that you will participate in. This is an in-office position not remote. 


  • Collect and analyze data, evaluate and analyze weaknesses and processes for improvement or streamlining
  • Work with Cognos and UltiPro in order to support end users
  • Develop and maintain SOP's as needed
  • Work directly with the Director of HRIS and represent Director in various meetings, phone calls, etc.
  • Must have strong statistical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have relational DB knowledge (Access, SQL, HTML)
  • Experience query-writing ad hoc HR reports as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR or related field. Will consider equivalent combo of education and work experience working with HRIS and report writing
  • Minimum 5 years HRIS experience and report writing
  • Experience using Cognos Business Intelligence software - UltiPro experience preferable
  • Knowledge of timekeeping, applicant tracking and onboarding systems preferred
  • G/L integration strongly preferred

Direct-Hire Salary $70k-$95k
